What if my item doesn’t fit?
Simply get in touch with us via the contact link above or anyone of our social media account links below and somebody will get back to ASAP to arrange a suitable replacement.
Is the any additional charges for shipping overseas?
Customs clearance procedures and fees for outside of the United Kingdom are included in the shipping cost (Disclaimer most items will be fully covered via postage paid but some EU customers may have to pay additional custom duties where different rules apply i.e local legislation of which we are not responsible for).
Can i get a refund?
Yes you can refunds are processed via PayPal and can take up to 12/14 days (Disclaimer all items must be returned in a unworn or a re-sellable condition for a full refund to be processed. The refund value is for the item only and does not cover postage).
How long does shipping take?
We aim to deliver items in the UK Scotland and Ireland within 6/7 days and anywhere else in the world within 15/16 days.
Where is my item?
All items are tracked and once posted shipping information and reference numbers will be sent to you via your email.
What happens if I miss my parcel ?
Re-delivery attempts will be made by your local postage Carrier (Disclaimer items that cannot be delivered and are returned back to us a re-delivery fee will apply).

The INKEDOUT REWARDS Program may be changed, suspended or terminated at any time without notice. Changes may include, among other things, modifying the amount of purchases required to qualify for the various potential Rewards tiers, changing the Rewards percentages, imposing additional restrictions, or terminating the REWARDS Programme completely . Points are digital and have no monetary value.
