4. Who we share it with

We only share your data when we need to in order to run the shop:

• Wix.com, our website, online store and hosting platform, which stores and processes site and order data for us (see wix.com/about/privacy).

• Payment providers, to take payment for your order.

• Postal and delivery companies, to get your order to you.

• Email tools, to send our newsletter if you have signed up.

• Professional advisers and authorities, such as an accountant, or where the law requires it.

We never sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers, including Wix, may process data outside the UK, for example in the EU or the USA. When that happens, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised under UK law, such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or the UK–US "data bridge".

6. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Essential cookies make the site and checkout work. With your consent, we also use analytics and marketing cookies to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept, reject or customise non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

7. How long we keep it

• Order and accounting records: 6 years from the end of the financial year they relate to, as HMRC requires.

• Customer accounts: until you ask us to delete your account.

• Mailing list: until you unsubscribe.

• Messages and enquiries: up to 2 years, unless they relate to an order we need to keep records of.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
